The St. Charles County Pet Adoption Center opened in November 1999 as the home to the Division of Humane Services. The 15,000-square foot facility provides space for a kennel housing dogs, cats, and other adoptable pets; a veterinary clinic to assist lost pets and stray animals; and administrative offices.
