Interested parties meeting regarding traffic calming on Northland Drive to be held Dec. 1

Northland Drive has been identified as a street with traffic operating at speeds that are higher than desirable. The City of Columbia Public Works department has scheduled an informal open house informational meeting concerning this traffic calming project. This meeting will be held Thursday, Dec. 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. in Conference Room 1A in City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.During the meeting, residents will be able to review design proposals, speak with Public Works staff and fill out a public comment card. Residents can also email comments to PubW@CoMo.gov or mail them to Columbia Public Works, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Mo. 65201. Please include “Northland Drive traffic calming” in the subject line of emailed comments.More information about this traffic calming project can be found at CoMo.gov/webapps/cipweb/display_project.php?project_id=2349.
